Fees
We are negotiable on fees. You will find that our fees compare extremely favourably with those charged by international search firms, and from an executive coaching perspective, our fees are comparable with local coaching organisations.
We guarantee the successful placement of the chosen candidate by offering a 6 month guarantee.
When entering executive search assignments we structure our fees on a retainer basis. To ensure client and candidate confidentiality we will only work on assignments where we have exclusivity.
We don’t just bring one candidate to our clients, we guarantee a shortlist of at least 2 to 3 talented candidates that meet the role requirements.
We offer 3 complimentary coaching sessions with the placement of every new candidate to help support them with the ‘on-boarding” process. (LeaderFit Synergy)
When entering coaching assignments with our clients we like to negotiate at least 3 to 6 month contracts which ensure the coaching process is meaningful and effective in bringing about the desired behaviourial change.

Because we don’t do volume assignments our assignment turnaround times are shorter than the average search firm.
